Moar Riding!

Just a few more rides I’ve been on over the past month.

Hawaii — No Err — Creampuff

Got to Pemby for a second time this season to ride Hawaii 5-0, No Err and Creampuff. As always the first stop in Pemby is the Bike Co. for supplies then out to the trails. Hawaii 5-0 is in pretty rough shape, a few fallen logs and obviously not riden much this season. the bridges to the log rides are sketchy too so watch out. No Err was good fun, reminded me of the end of comfortably numb here in Whistler, technical rocks and roots. climb up to it was a bit of a slog though. Luckily we saved the pest for last, Creampuff. I had never ridden it before and OH WOW! what an awesome trail, really buff, super amazing looooooooong steeeep rock rolls, fast and flowy forests too! Good times followed by a beer at The Pony after.

Legend:
Red – Uphills trails
Blue – Service/Access roads
Green – Downhill trails

First Pemberton Ride 2011

Did my second ride of the season today in Pemberton. Super fun once I got past the first gunt up Happy trail. Rode some strawberry field, Econoline, Dark Forest and back up the Forest Service Road (FSR) to Blood, Sweat & Fear to end it off. Dark Forest was definitely the highlight; super buffed out, flowy and fast! Cheers to Seb for that one!

Framed Susan Kare Prints

I know my framed Susan Kare prints have been on my flickr photostream for a while now but thought I’d post it here too. This framing is probably one of my most favourite things, I framed them like this so it’d be like a tool bar hanging on my wall. Mrs. Kare even said she liked it! ZOMG!!!!

First Ride 2011

Wow, an update! I went for my first ride of the season yesterday in Squamish. Joined up with my friends Ben and Andrew and met up with Jenna and Mike to ride Farside and Lost Loop. Good times, even though my stamina is lacking right now. here’s our map:
